How do I know when to change my filters?

Monitor differential pressure to determine when to change filters.

Filters should be changed when their performance indicates reduced efficiency, not just based on appearance. Over time, filters develop a dust layer that improves efficiency, oftentimes referred to as the seasoning process. Even if filters look dusty, they may still be functioning well. The key indicator for replacement is the differential pressure after a cleaning cycle. If the differential pressure fails to drop below 5 after pulse cleaning, it signals that the filters are no longer effectively cleaning and should be replaced. Regular monitoring of differential pressure ensures optimal performance and timely filter changes to maintain system efficiency.
