How often should I replace my dust collector filters?
Filter life depends on the type of dust, the loading rate, the efficiency of the pulse-jet cleaning system, and the quality of the filter. In general, well-maintained filters in a properly sized system can last at times 1–3 years. Signs that it may be time to replace your filters include increased differential pressure that doesn’t recover after cleaning, reduced airflow at your collection hoods, or visible dust passing through the filters. Our replacement filter cartridges are guaranteed to last as long or longer than competing filters. Contact our team if you’re unsure about your filter condition.
