Control not wired properly.
Check that there is 110V supply to the control panel.
Fuse blown.
Replace fuse.
Motor limit switches out of adjustment.
Adjust motor limit switches following these instructions:
Upper Limit Switch Adjustment
- With switch in predetermined location, run blade up until blade compresses the seal.
- At this point, the magnet should engage the blade and keep it raised.
- The roller arm should be activated with an audible clicking sound.
- If the roller arm is not activated with the blade in the raised position, adjust the arm location with an Allen key.
Lower Limit Switch Adjustment
- Once the blade is raised, the secondary arm should retract down.
- The roller arm on the bottom switch should be set to engage the arm at the bottom set-point with an audible clicking sound.
- If necessary, adjust the roller arm using an Allen key.
- Check to make sure the steel arm does not collide with the roller switch body. It should be about an eighth inch to quarter inch gap.
